Lime Trees Farm Bed & Breakfast
Lime Trees Farm Bed & Breakfast

Our Rooms

Our rooms each have a smart colour TV with 'Freeview' , tea and coffee making facilities, an alarm clock radio and free access to wireless high speed internet. Each room has central heating provided via thermostat controlled radiators. We are currently wherever possible minimising our use of energy. If as a result of our 'Scrooge' like use of energy you feel at all chilly please do not hesitate to ask us to turn up the heating!

Our usual bedding is cotton with duck and goose down pillows and duvets. We do offer hyperallergenic bedding as an alternative but do please request this when booking.

We are also happy to provide the use of an iron and ironing board in the kitchen, shoe cleaning kit in the tack room and we also keep a selection of non-prescription medicines and first-aid equipment available for our guests, all at no additional charge. Caroline is a trained first-aider.

Both Caroline and Keith try to provide a 'can-do' service for our guests, many of whom are regular visitors, whether it be calling taxis, recommending and booking restaurants, arranging emergency dental treatment or even providing a courtesy 'return to car service' the next morning  if you had a particularly heavy night!

Lime Trees Farm is a 'NO SMOKING' property. However we are happy to provide smokers with the facility to smoke under cover with an ashtray outside.

The Rose Room

The Rose Room has a standard king size bed and has recently been fully redecorated offering a light and airy room.

The Rose Room's private bathroom is just a couple of steps along the landing. The bath is massive allowing for truly luxurious bathing. It is fitted with mixer taps and a hand held shower. You will find a wide selection of toiletries along with large fluffy towels and bath robes.

Along with coffee and drinking chocolate we provide a wide selection of teas in our rooms for you to choose from. We don't like sealed cartons of long life milk so if you would like milk just ask and we will provide fresh milk in a flask.

There are great views from our bedrooms but this lovely vista from the Rose Room, across our garden and into our paddocks, where our horses can often be seen grazing, is one of our favourites.
